When you fell like binging, watch Youtube! Watch makeup or fashion videos, or even better, fitness. I love Youtubers, they always cheer me up and make me happy, plus the videos help reinforce in your brain that you could be like that too, you could spend a lot of money on cute outfits instead of junk food, you could wake up and have a smoothie and go for a run instead of laying around eating chips or whatever. Also, just doing something can keep you from eating from boredom!
